This doesn't matter to people who don't feel anything, but the area around the hotel is quite dark and quite scary after 24:00, and even if there are people around, it may be too late to notice. It runs fairly well even after getting off the highway, so it's good if you're playing around Saitama Prefecture. If you have something to do in Tokyo, it will cost from 2000 yen each way. It was my first time in Gyoda City...and it was my first hotel, but the room was very clean and the hot springs were a little small.
